1. Agreement to Terms

By using eliteglassrepairtoronto.ca or booking work with Elite Glass Repair Toronto, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or book our services. Specific terms in a signed written quote take priority over these general terms.

2. Services

Elite Glass Repair Toronto provides residential, commercial and storefront glass repair and replacement across the Greater Toronto Area, including:

We do NOT repair automotive glass or windshields. Residential, commercial and storefront glass only.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Prices on this website are published ranges in Canadian dollars before HST. Your final price is set by the itemised written quote we provide before work starts. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. If we find a condition on site that could not be seen when quoting, such as a damaged frame behind trim, we will stop and price the extra work with you before continuing.

4. Emergency Callouts

Emergency dispatch carries a $185 callout minimum, which covers arrival, cleanup, photos and a basic make-safe. There is no after-hours surcharge up to midnight. Any surcharge for dispatch after midnight is disclosed on the phone before the crew is sent. Arrival targets are 2 hours in the 416 and 4 hours in the 905; they are targets, not guarantees, and can be affected by weather, road closures and safety conditions.

5. Payment

We accept cash, credit card, debit, e-transfer and insurance direct-billing. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment is due on completion. Custom-fabricated glass may require a deposit, shown on the quote, because it is made to your measurements and cannot be returned.

6. Insurance Direct-Billing

When you ask us to direct-bill a claim, you authorise us to share job details with your insurer and adjuster. You remain responsible for your deductible and for any amount your insurer declines to pay, including costs outside your policy's coverage.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a booked install. Custom glass that has already been ordered or fabricated is chargeable if you cancel, because it is made to size for your opening.

8. Warranty

Our installation work is covered by a written 2-year workmanship warranty covering perimeter seal adhesion, sealant joints, setting and glazing, hinge and hardware calibration, and water penetration at the glass. Manufacturer warranties, such as the 10-year Guardian IGU warranty and 5-year Dorma hardware warranty, are passed on to you as issued by the manufacturer. The workmanship warranty does not cover new impact damage, vandalism, misuse, building movement, or damage caused by work done by others.

9. Access and Site Conditions

You agree to give the crew safe access to the work area, and to confirm that you are the owner, an authorized manager, or handling an active insurance claim for the property. In managed buildings, you are responsible for obtaining any approvals the condo corporation or landlord requires, and we will help coordinate them.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Elite Glass Repair Toronto is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost business income, arising from glass breakage or delays outside our control. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the work in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Ontario consumer protection law.
