What Moves a Price Within Its Range
Size
Glass is priced by area, with a per-piece minimum. Bigger panels also need more hands.
Glass type
Low-E, tempered, laminated, low-iron and fire-rated glass each cost more than clear float.
Access
Upper floors, lifts, swing stages and lane permits are itemised separately.
Timing
No surcharge until midnight. After-midnight calls are quoted before we roll.

Pricing Questions
Are these prices before tax?
Yes. All prices are in Canadian dollars before 13 percent Ontario HST. Your written quote shows HST as a separate line.
Why is pricing a range instead of a single number?
Because glass is made to size. A 2x3 ft pane and a 4x5 ft pane of the same type cost different amounts, and coatings, safety glass, access and hardware all move the price. The range shows the honest spread, and the written quote pins it down.
Do you charge for quotes?
No. Written quotes are free. The $185 callout applies only to emergency dispatch, and it covers a basic make-safe.
Will the final invoice match the quote?
Yes, unless something changes on site that we could not see, like a rotten frame behind the trim. If that happens, we stop and price it with you before doing any extra work.
How does insurance direct-billing work?
You give us your claim number, we send the adjuster photos, measurements and an itemised invoice, and the insurer pays us directly. You pay only your deductible. See emergency glass repair for the full process.
