The lite was a single 10mm tempered panel, roughly 6 ft by 8 ft, and it had fallen out of the frame in cubes across the sidewalk and the window display. She called our 24/7 line at 10:48pm. By 11pm, two sheets of 15mm OSB were screwed to the aluminium frame and sealed with Dow Corning 795, so the store was locked and weathertight overnight. The owner already had an Intact claim number from her broker.
